Knowsley Hall has been an active member of the Visit Liverpool Fresh & Local campaign over the last twelve months. The campaign was aimed at promoting local produce to local venues and retailers. Knowsley Hall is committed to using local suppliers and in fact key elements of our menu are sourced from the Estate itself. Trevor our head chef talks about our local focus in a short video here.
