We work with the very freshest of ingredients, often locally sourced and where possible from the Knowsley Estate. From breakfasts and working lunches to buffets, barbeques, high teas and gastronomic feasts – the possibilities are limitless.

Plus, with wines personally selected by The Earl of Derby, any dining experience will feel very personal to Knowsley Hall and the stately surroundings.

Fresh and Local

Knowsley Hall has been an active member of the Visit Liverpool Fresh & Local campaign over the last twelve months. The campaign was aimed at promoting local produce to local venues and retailers. Knowsley Hall is committed to using local suppliers and in fact key elements of our menu are sourced from the Estate itself. Trevor our head chef talks about our local focus in a short video here.
