Entrance Hall and Jacobean Room

With its finely carved oak panelling and fine art collection this whole area combines to offer a flexible space. For conferences it makes an ideal reception area. Drinks can be served here and we are happy to accommodate display boards and any corporate marketing material you need to set the scene for your event.

The Green Drawing Room

This elegant room is the perfect environment for a smaller/select meet and greet – elegant, light and uplifting. As well as making an excellent reception room it’s also often used as a break out space. Size: 10.2m x 6m Capacity: up to 30 for drinks.

The Walnut Drawing Room

This is a delightful reception room for a mid-sized gathering. Spacious, comfortable, elegant and overlooking the beautiful terrace and gardens, it is also often used as a break out space. Size: 14.4m x 9.86m Capacity: up to 60 for drinks.

The Stucco Ballroom

A large, dramatic and flexible space – can be used as successfully for presentations and conferences as it can for large receptions and dinner dances. The ballroom can accommodate theatre style seating and features a beautiful ornate bar at the far end, perfect for post presentation conversation and reflections. Size: 14m x 10.2m Capacity: 144 theatre style, 40 board room, 108 for dinner, 160 for drinks reception.

The State Dining room

This impressive room happily houses presentations, conferences, formal receptions and of course formal and informal lunches and dinners. Featuring walls full of family portraits dating back to the 15th century, an antique gold chandelier and original fireplaces, it really is quite a regal setting. Size: 18m x 10m. Capacity: 200 theatre style, 40 board room, 144 for dinner, 200 drinks for drinks reception.

Breakfast Room

This makes a great meeting room and is perfect for working lunches, smaller conferences or as a break out space. Light and sunny with spectacular views over the rear gardens, it really is an inspirational space. Size: 11.5m x6.1m Capacity:, 36 for dinner, 40 for drinks reception.

Music Room

This room really comes into its own for presentations.. Seating can be arranged theatre style and you can present to a maximum of 40 people. An elegant room with delightful views over the rear gardens, it is also often reserved for board meetings. Size: 5m x 8m Capacity: 40 for presentations, 16 board room, 40 for dinner, 40 for drinks.

Stewards Room

Tucked away below stairs, this room offers additional privacy and can be used as a dressing room or a base for security personnel. It is equipped with a board table for more informal, smaller meetings and presentations or team building sessions. Size: 14m x 6m Capacity: 20 for dinner, 60 for drinks.
