We use only the very finest of ingredients, where possible, locally sourced – in particular from the Knowsley Estate. Complemented by wines from the Earl of Derby’s wine cellar.
Head chef Trevor Butterworth has over eight years experience providing elegant, refined cuisine for the thousands of guests who have dined with us at the Hall.
Trevor’s knowledge and enthusiasm informs every element of his kitchen. ‘I am passionate about using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Using regional produce allows me to showcase the high quality available on our doorstep.’
